Mineral Baths

Enhanced by and natural chlorine, our water will take you to a different state of
relaxation. The naturally occurring minerals will not only exfoliate your skin, but bring
the impurities in your body to the surface. In order to get the full benefits of our
Mineral Baths, there is a certain process to follow.

You soak in the tub for 5 to 10 minutes at a time. Due to the strength of our
mineral water, your time in the mineral water should be limited to 30 minutes
total a day.
This begins the cleansing process.

After soaking in the tub, next stop, the Sauna. Heated by a wood stove, your
body is heated from the core out, causing the type of profound sweat needed
to continue the detoxification process. It is the dry heat that activates the minerals.

Once you've worked up a good sweat in the sauna, go jump in the creek.
Parks Creek runs through the property, a dipping pool has been carved out
for your "Cold Plunge". The significance of the cold water is to wash off all
of the surfaced toxins that have come out during your bath and sauna, and
to close the pores, all the while building your immune system. The Native
Americans believe that by submerging your body and head in the creek,
all of your stress is washed downstream.

If the "Cold Plunge" is not your thing, you can rinse off in a cold shower.

Repeat 2 to 3 more times.
