Heart Opening Retreat
With Kathy Zavada and Sarah McLean

August 27th - 30th, 2009
...an immersion into chanting and meditation

Mount Shasta, California

Soothe your soul, nourish your body, open your heart and
find peace of mind.

Give yourself a retreat that will truly open your heart. With deeply uplifting music, chanting, guided and silent meditation, gentle yoga practices and nourishing time in nature, you’ll rest into the blissful stillness of your being. Experience a true connection with yourself and others in deep group sharing and loving support as we deepen our awareness of our true nature. This retreat is a precious time to nurture yourself, to cultivate a deep relaxation and inner peace, and to feel connected to all of life. It’s truly an enchanting journey into your heart center and is perfect for anyone, even those who have never ventured into chanting and meditation.

When you spend time in Mount Shasta you’ll immediately notice a quieter and more spiritual state of being. Stewart Mineral Springs is located nearby in Weed, above cold-water springs that Native Americans valued for their healing powers and where participants can soak in the hot springs, swim in the crystal clear creek, and enjoy the sauna.
