Check-In / Check-Out
Please leave your key(s) at the Front Desk, or if you choose to check-out before our office opens (see our home page for office schedule), leave your key(s) in the Drop Box located outside the Office.
Room keys MUST be returned to the office or to the key box (located just outside the front office door).
FAILURE TO RETURN KEY TO THE OFFICE WILL RESULT IN A $25 FEE.
Late Check-Out
A late check-out fee will be assessed to those guests who fail to depart on time. We will charge a rate of 1/2 the daily room rate for check outs between 11:30 am and 1:00 pm. A full day’s charge will be charged to guests who check out after 1:00 pm.
Check in: 5 pm | Check out: 10 am
CANCELLATION POLICY
- We have a two weeks cancellation policy. The minimum charged within the 2 weeks cancelation it will be 1 night.
- Cancellation seven days or more prior to your arrival will incur in a 1st night plus 60% charge of the total reservation value.
- Cancellation less than 72 hours days prior to your arrival will incur in a 100% charge of the total reservation value.
Note: The cancellation policy does not apply to the Shamballa House. The mandatory 10% deposit with a minimum of $500 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
SMS RULES AND REGULATIONS
Our Property is Smoke Free and Alcohol
To be in alignment with our mission and for your health and well-being, Stewart Mineral Springs is a smoke free, drug and alcohol free property. Smoking, vaping and drinking alcohol must take place off of the property.
Coverage is Required in all Public Areas
Guests are required to be appropriately clothed in all public areas of the wellness center in an effort to cultivate a safe and comfortable environment for guests from all cultures and ages
Liability of Stewart Mineral Springs Retreat
We strongly recommend keeping your car, room windows and door locked at all times. We will not be held responsible for any items, including valuables and or money, lost or stolen from your room or car.
We will not be held responsible for any injury or accident sustained by Guests during their stay at Stewart Mineral Springs.
ITEMS LEFT: We will not be held responsible for items left in rooms after your departure. If any personal items are found, they will labeled and put in our Lost and Found. You will have 30 days to make arrangements for their pick-up or delivery.
Room Towels
ROOM TOWELS ARE FOR ROOM USE ONLY. Please do not take Room towels to the Bathhouse or Creek. Towels for these activities will be provided at the Bathhouse. Guests violating these rules will be charged the cost of a new towel.
Dismissal of Guest(s)
Stewart Mineral Springs reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including shortening the duration booked without a refund of rental, against any Guest(s) who infringes our Rules and Regulations or to disallow any Guest whom we deem undesirable to lodge with us.
Any and all illegal activities which are prohibited by Local, State, or Federal laws are not permitted. Violators of such laws be evicted immediately by Management or the Police.
Lost and Found
Any items left behind on our property will go into our Lost and Found. Stewart Mineral Springs holds on to lost and found items for 30 days.
To all debit card users
When using a debit card, please be aware it will reflect as an actual charge on your account and may take up to 7-10 business days to release the funds back to your account. To avoid this type of situation, it is recommended you use a credit card. Thank you for your cooperation.
Pets Policy
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
Dog’s fee – $100 for the whole stay
Dog’s owners must be responsible for taking care of cleaning dog’s feces and must keep them on a leach outside of the accommodation.
Any extra cleaning needed will incur of a minimum fee of $150.
Except Service Dogs, dogs and other pets are not permitted on Stewart Mineral Springs’ premises. Failure to comply to above policy is a $250 fine and loss of privileges at the Springs.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stewart Mineral Springs, its owners and its staff from any and all liability and damage suffered if their pet or pets or injured or another guest is injured as a result of the guest’s pet or pets.
Damage to Stewart Mineral Springs Retreat Property
Lodging Guests are expected to keep their accommodations clean and leave them in good order, with a clean kitchen, if applicable.
EXCESSIVE CLEANING: If we determine that your room needed “excessive cleaning” before it could be rented, you will be charged. Fees will be assessed by Management once room has been inspected.
DAMAGES AND MISSING PROPERTY: DO NOT remove towels, sheet, blankets, or other furnishings from room or surrounding areas. Lodging Guests will be held liable for any damaged or missing items as well as any physical room damage. Guests will be charged replacement cost or cost of repair, whichever is applicable.
Rights of Stewart Mineral Springs Retreat
Please be courteous to other Guests as they come to our Resort for peace, quiet and self rejuvenation.
Stewart Mineral Springs reserves the right to vary our prices, vary charges and to amend any of our Rules and Regulations at any time as we see necessary.
No Wifi or TV Available
Our overnight accommodations are free of wifi and televsion. There is also limited cell phone access.
NOTE:
Stewart Mineral Springs also reserves the right to issue a refund, refuse rental or discontinue occupancy if in the opinion of Management, Guest(s) is detrimental to Stewart Mineral Springs.
